FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
1). What is TMyBC ?
TMyBC (Take My Business Card) is a social business network that connects businesses and customers globally. A unique service that gives your business the exposure it requires.

2). How do I register?
By following the instructions below, you can initiate your membership at TMyBC
  • Click on the link Register.
  • Complete the entire registration form and submit.
  • Once completed, please wait for a TMyBC administrative staff to review and activate your account

3). Why can't I complete my registration?
  • If you cannot complete the registration process, please ensure that you have filled out all required fields. If you received an error message, contact a TMyBC representative indicating the error message you received and we will try and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

4). How do I retrieve my password?
If you forget your password, you may choose a new password for yourself. To confirm a new password, simply take the following steps:
  • Click the "Forgot password?" link below the "Sign In" box at:
  • Enter your username, and click "Next".
  • Our system will send an e-mail to your registered email address with your password.

5). How do I change my password?
To change your password, please take the following steps:
  • Sign in to your account
  • Click "Change Password" in the "Account Settings" section;
  • Enter and re-enter your new password in the page accordingly.

6). How do I change my Username?
For security reasons, each TMyBC account is exclusive to an individual User. Therefore, you cannot change your username

7). How do I modify my registered information?
To modify your registered member information (i.e., registered company name, email address, etc.) please take the following steps:
  • Sign in to your account.
  • Click "Edit Member Profile" under the "Account Settings" section.
  • Change your registered information.
  • Submit when done.

8). How do I search for other members?
Search for any business registered with TMyBC by simply using the search box to conduct your search.

9). What is your privacy policy? Do you collect and sell my information
Please review our Privacy Policy for full details. TMyBC does in no way sell your personal identifiable information to any third party. TMyBC will take all necessary precautions to protect your privacy.

10). Can I upload photos, videos or documents?
TMyBC allows you to upload photos, videos and documents that are not copyrighted and related to your business. In addition, external videos can also be embedded within your BCard from services such as YouTube. Any copyrighted material uploaded will be deleted and your account may be suspended.

11). Am I able to send messages to other members through the TMyBC website?
As a member of TMyBC, you are able to send messages to other TMyBC members. Once a message has been left for a member, an email notification is automatically sent to the receiving member.

12). What information is displayed in the recently viewed tab?
This tab will show you the last three visitors to your BCard page.

13). What information is displayed in the overall total views tab?
A counter is displayed to show the total number of views since your BCard was setup.
